This afternoon I was on my bed with my laptop propped up on my legs, when I noticed the room, raucous only moments before, had gone silent. I moved the computer and this is what I saw down by my feet. Am I crazy? You betcha. But also, so very, very lucky.

Beautiful cats! If I was permanently in Uganda, I’d adopt all the cats who cross my garden and have a house full like you. I can’t wait to see my babies again!

Yes, but in the interests of full disclosure there was also one hiding in the kitchen at the time the photo was taken, and another who’s sadly run away and I very much hope returns to us soon. Miss her badly.
